| wierd things happening around my home? OK. first off all i would like to state for the record, i am very sceptical of supernatural beings and entities (like ghosts), but after the events in my home, i am almost willing to believe it. let me start you from the beginning. My father was housesitting my house while me and my fiancee were away for a few days. While we were gone, he claimed that he had gone out on our deck, around midnight to use the hottub and relax. He then came inside, and locked all the doors and windows, including the slider door by the hottub, next to the couch that he then layed down on, when he layed down he started to watch television then fell asleep. He said that he awoke about an hour later, because the house became very cold, the reason why the house got so cold, is because the slider, next to the couch he fell asleep on, had the drapes, and both doors wide open, which previously were closed and locked (cant be unlocked from the outside). Now we live in a rural area, and a little other piece of information, is about a month before this my fiancee and I thought that there may have been a stranger hanging around the house, she claimed to see a shadow of a man in our garage during the day. That next morning when i went to investigate the house, i found a footprint in our ditch, walking into our lawn, and a dirty swiped hand print across our electrical box, like he/she fell in and was using it as leverage to get out. Also recently, after we returned from our vacation, my father wanted to stay that night, we had a few drinks (not drunk), and were having fun conversing, and we heard a loud shatter, we assumed it was the neighbor, he is always working on something and it is usually quite loud. We went to bed and thought nothing of it. The next morning my fiancee and I checked the house, all of the windows and doors were still locked, then my fiancee and I were walking the peremiter of our house, working on our flowers, and the window to our basement had been shattered form trhe inside with the broken glass on the outside ( the source |
