| My wife and I have a savings because we are planning to build a new house. We want to have a bigger house especially that our children are not getting any younger and they really wants to have their own rooms. Having their individual rooms is a nice way for them to learn on how to be an independent one. Now, we are looking for an expert contractors with a fair salary. |
| We've had our house renovated several times already and in one of those times, we were duped by our contractor. He charged us big time and we didn't know it at first because he was our former neighbor so we trusted him. There are a lot of dishonest contractors than the honest ones. These dishonest contractors will always try to fool their clients by overcharging them or using sub-standard materials. |
| I have to agree. You cannot trust anyone at this point of time when all of the people are trying to make a living, and it would be an extra if they can get much money from clients. It is sad to know that despite the fact that you are paying them fairly, they are doing bad stuffs to your home and would always find a way to extort money from you. |
| That's true; it is difficult to find an honest contractor nowadays because of financial crisis. You can't always trust anybody especially if money is involve. You have to consult different sources before deciding on whether to agree on the current deal. The quality of the work and the house should also be taken into consideration. We're moving into a new house next month. Luckily, I'm currently satisfied of the result of our house and the expenses that I invested. |
