Local builder

I've just brought a house near Ourem and it needs some work. Does anyone know an English speaking builder as I can't speak Portugese yet! It needs some plumbing, electrics including a new kitchen & bathroom and decorating. Most of it is general DIY but I don't have the time to do it all myself as I want to enjoy my holidays too!

If anyone knows a builder that may be interested please let me know.
