Questions: How much to offer on this home? Just wanted to get some opinions. We are first time home buyers and are pretty naive. The home we would like is listed at 93, 000. It is 10 yrs old, 3 bed 2 bath, 1100 sq ft, with like new appliances included. Big yard, no garage or basement but has the foundation for garage. I went on zillow and see that zillow's estimated market value is 82, 000. Also we are thinking of purchasing it with all cash as we have the money set aside. But we haven't decided yet. Anyway, we aren't sure how much is too low of an offer. Any suggestions? Home is in a small city in central Illinois. Open Question: How much to offer on this home?
