Questions: easement of necessity? for 50 years people have used an" alley"to access their garage, the city have placed dumpsters in this alley, utility meters are in this , the new owner now wants to fence this alley off, there by denying access to garages, this alley is legally the new owners property, can he be stopped from denying access? this is in the state of texas. Open Question: easement of necessity?
