| i just flea bombed my house 3 hours ago and i have some concerns?? PLEASE helpp! so i used two Adams indoor flea foggers in my home to get rid of the flea infestation! i came home and opened all windows and turned on all airconditioners and fans but im still concerned that my family might be in danger of getting sick. i need to know exactly how i should go with the cleaning up process so nobody gets sick.Do i have to wash all towels and blankets? if anyone can recomend any cleaning products on what i should use in the kitchen... any information you have on Flea foggers and the safety precations can help me very much and i really appreciate all answers. |
| Well, I would suggest that next time before you should you flea bombed your house make sure that you already have plans of what to do next. I would also suggest that you wash all your towels, bedding and curtains. Also, if you did not cover your kitchen utensils while doing the process, wash them, too. This is a way of keeping everyone in the house safe and away from any poisonous chemicals. |
| I think you really did the wrong procedure. You should have kept important matters and covered them to be protected. Flea bombed is made up of some chemicals that might your personal belongings and other things in the house. It would be better if you wash those clothing and dry very well. The same holds through with the kitchenware so it won't cause any sickness to any member of your family. |
| "Pilot lights"
You also need to make sure all pilot lights and other source of flames or sparks are OFF when you flea bomb... otherwise you could be literally BOMBING your own house! |
| I just did the same thing to my apartment. Wash everything, blankets, sheets, towels, everything. For surfaces I used alcohol towels to wipe everything down and aside from good ventilation, you should be all set! |
| You already flea bombed your home and the thing that you can do now is to clean up your home. You got your home lots of deadly chemicals and so it would be best if you try to go through your stuffs and clean them up before your kids even touches them. Wash everything and disinfect all that needs disinfection. Good luck on your cleaning and have a great day to all. |
