| The problem with water getting into roofing, is this. One can never be quite sure where it is getting in, because wind can drive it into the tiniest gaps and the water runs a way as well, so finding the point of entry is difficult. The best way to figure it out, is to mark with a piece of chalk, the exact spot where the water is leaking (say onto a carpet). Water from leaks can dry quickly in hot weather, and when the repairman arrives, one does not always remember exactly where the puddle lay ! |
